At Atari, we stand behind the quality of our consoles and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, including all controllers, cables, and manuals to ensure a valid return processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
